Continuous Improvement Delivers Excellent Payoffs

In 2018, Tennant Company’s Director of New Development, Stephanie Westphal presented on The Journey of Continuous Improvement at the Savvy Consortium conference in the US, along with representatives from numerous other global organisations. The consortium is made up of Product Development and Engineering Managers who exchange ideas and collaborate for the purpose of finding better, easier and more innovative ways to get things done.

Stephanie’s presentation outlined Tennant’s own continuous improvement pathway over the previous years. She explained the importance of strengthening processes, investing in necessary tools, implementing best practice, offering training and setting and revising expectations.
